Endure24 Success

Heather is a dedicated runner who has completed a number of challenging long-distance events, including Race to the Stones (2025) and Endure 24. To support her running, our sessions focus on core strength, stability and targeted glute strengthening to help stabilise her body, improve efficiency, and reduce the risk of injury. We also use a Pilates-style rehab approach to build control, balance and resilience—helping Heather stay strong and consistent in her training. I love training Heather because she gives 100% in every session. She even runs to and from training, arriving warmed up and ready to go, which perfectly reflects her commitment and positive attitude.

More confident to self train

When Julie first started training with me in 2024, her goal was simple — to become stronger and feel more confident in the gym environment. Although she already enjoyed attending Zumba classes, she lacked the confidence to take part in circuit training and LBT classes.

Together, we focused on building strong foundations through basic strength training and functional movement patterns. Step by step, Julie developed not only her technique and fitness levels, but also the confidence to challenge herself in new ways.

Once she mastered the fundamentals, Julie was able to transition comfortably into group classes and create a healthy, sustainable fitness routine independently.

One of the most rewarding parts of personal training is helping clients become confident enough to continue on their own, and I’m incredibly proud of how far Julie has come.

Training Together for Parenthood

Emma and Ru train together as a couple, showing how sessions can be tailored to suit different goals and stages of life. With Emma currently pregnant, each session is carefully adapted to support her safely—focusing on building strength, stability and helping her body adjust to the changes of presidency and preparing for the arrival of their baby. At the same time, Ru works alongside her with his own programme, focused on improving fitness and losing body fat in preparation for the demands of parenthood and those inevitable sleepless nights. I love training these two—they always bring great energy to every session and consistently work hard. It’s always a fun, positive environment while still staying focused and getting results.

From Fracture to Marathons

I began PT sessions with Sylvia in 2016 with the aim of weight loss and improved fitness before I turned 50. The combination of Sylvia’s supportive and encouraging approach to PT along with her HIIT classes were working really well. I felt fitter than ever before in my life. Everything came to a halt as I sustained a nasty leg fracture. Sylvia and Chris were there to support throughout, and with their encouragement I slowly began to exercise again. Small group PT sessions helped me rebuild leg strength and cardiovascular fitness, enabling me to take up running and run half marathons!

Supporting over 600 marathons

Richard started training with Chris in 2011, since then he has completed over 600 marathons and ultra marathons. Personal Training sessions with Chris are fun, educational and motivating. There is no way I could have achieved so much without him. If you need a helping hand, Personal Training will definitely get you results. I know in that one hour session, I am getting a quality workout.

From Beginner to Powerlifting Inspiration

Feeling Amazing on Her Wedding Day

Louise Green lost a dress size doing our classes over the past year for her wedding – doesn’t she look amazing? Sciatica Gone!


Matt took part in our Fitness Yoga classes to alleviate his sciatica whilst Ruth attended Zumba to lose some weight. They both seen significant improvements in their fitness and general health. They both loved the classes and within 6 months Ruth has dropped a dress size (without changing her diet) and matt seen huge improvement to his posture and the great news was that his sciatica was gone! He has learned how to self manage his pain with alleviating postures, all this allowed them both to be fitter for family life.

From 1K to 10K in a Year

I started training with Sylvia in an attempt to improve my fitness after hitting my mid 30s and realising I needed to start doing some exercise! When I started with Sylvia I struggled to even run 1k but she worked with me to build up my fitness levels through a variety of sessions to the point where I was able to run the Abby Dash (10k) in just over an hour. A great achievement for me. Sylvia has been a great trainer for me as she understands my busy work schedule and is flexible to work around that to ensure I can get my PT sessions in! She pushes me to achieve more than I ever thought I was capable of but also understands my lifestyle and boundaries and isn’t pushy and unrealistic as some PTs can be. She has always kept my training sessions interesting and varied which mean that I have stayed training with her for over 4 years. I feel fitter than ever before in my life and I would recommend Sylvia to anyone who wants to improve their fitness levels.

Feeling Strong Again

Sylvia helped me feel strong again!! When I had a lot of nausea during my pregnancy – Sylvia modified all the exercises and gave me lots of encouragement. After my son was born, lockdown began and Sylvia’s online classes were brilliant for me. I joined in bodytone, yoga and zumba live virtual classes and the online catch-up gave me the chance to fit exercise in around homeschooling alongside looking after a new baby.
